Objectives
NMRA Canada was established by the NMRA Board of Directors for the benefit of members of the National Model Railroad Association, Inc. residing in Canada. NMRA Canada has the following objectives:
- as a non-profit educational association, to promote and teach the art and craft of model railroading in Canada
- to lower the cost of annual dues by providing local administration on a voluntary basis
- to make it possible for Canadian members to pay annual dues in Canadian dollars
- to provide access to prototype and modelling information to members, to facilitate communication among NMRA divisions located in Canada, and to encourage social interaction among members in Canada and around the world
Canadian members continue to have all the rights and privileges of full NMRA membership.
